Welcome to Paul’s Library! In addition to his roles as a mediator and attorney, Paul Weinberg is also an educator and author of many articles on real estate law. Here you’ll find many of Paul’s articles on real estate topics.
Paul writes for numerous legal and planning journals, among them West’s Zoning and Planning Law Report, The University of California’s Continuing Education of the Bar, and the State Bar of California’s Real Property Law Journal. Paul has been sharing his knowledge by writing throughout his entire legal career. He affiliated with the University of California’s Continuing Education of the Bar to write the entire chapter on Quiet Title for their seminal volume, California Real Property Remedies and Damages, and served as an editor on CEB’s California Real Estate Brokers Law and Litigation. As an authority on real estate law, Paul has been quoted in USA Today, interviewed by Larry Mantle’s AirTalk on KPCC, and been interviewed by KNBC Television in Los Angeles regarding boundary line and view issues. He has been interviewed by Architect, the national magazine of the American Institute of Architects, and by Hanley-Wood’s Residential Architect, on mediation topics.
